Your rights to cancel

You have a guaranteed 14 day right of return for any item purchased from our website.  If you wish to cancel, simply contact us by email at hello@littlealligators.com to arrange this.



Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless there is a fault with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Unfortunately we cannot not accept returns of swimwear or gift cards due to the nature of these products.  Where an item has been used, we may only be able to offer a partial refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 



Little Alligators delivers all over the UK and the world. Delivery starts at £4 and your delivery charge will be calculated when you check out. We use a trackable service for all orders, so if you have any difficulties with your order, please contact us and we will be very happy to help. Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with online delivery. When you place your order with us online, we will treat this as an offer to buy, and we will accept your offer when we dispatch your order to you, at which point your order becomes a legal sale. You have rights under law to cancel or return your purchase, and more detail on these rights can be found in the Returns section on this Terms and Conditions page.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.



We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to hello@littlealligators.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However we will refund your original deliver costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over £45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
